[AUTOHOME New Car Launch] On August 20, we learned from official sources that the AITO M6 range-extended version has added 2 new configuration variants. Among them, the Max 4WD version is priced at 239,800 yuan, and the Max+ long-range version is priced at 259,800 yuan. Up to now, the AITO M6 offers a total of 8 configuration variants, including 4 pure electric models and 4 range-extended models, with an overall price range of 229,800 yuan to 299,800 yuan.
In terms of power, the AITO M6 range-extended Max 4WD version adopts a dual-motor four-wheel drive layout, equipped with a 37kWh battery pack, with a CLTC pure electric range of 235km and a CLTC comprehensive range of up to 1445km; the range-extended Max+ long-range version adopts a single-motor rear-wheel drive configuration, equipped with a 53.4kWh battery pack, with a CLTC pure electric range of 355km and a CLTC comprehensive range of 1605km. Both models are equipped with continuously variable damping shock absorbers, and the long-range version is additionally equipped with air suspension to bring a better driving texture.
It is worth noting that the AITO M6 has added a new paint color Ice Crystal Pink and a new interior color Truffle Brown. In addition, the AITO M6 also provides new in-vehicle accessories, including a co-pilot expansion kit containing an aromatherapy diffuser, a magnetic bracket and a multi-port docking station, as well as a co-pilot adjustable bracket with an extra-large clamping range of 140-225mm, which supports vehicle control via HarmonyOS tablets.
Looking back at the appearance of the new car, the two newly added models are consistent with the current models, adopting an overall sporty and youthful styling design. According to different configurations, the entry-level model of the range-extended version will also be available with roof LiDAR or in-cabin LiDAR as options. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the vehicle are 4960/1985/1736mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2950mm. Meanwhile, the vehicle offers 20/21-inch rims for selection.
