[AUTOHOME New Car Launch] On August 10, the Roewe Jiayue 07 made its physical debut. As a large five-seat mid-to-large SUV equipped with the Momenta R7 high-level advanced driver-assistance system, it targets the market segment priced between 150,000 and 200,000 RMB.
In terms of exterior design, the front and rear ends of the new model adopt vertical surface treatment, with front and rear cross-sections close to 90 degrees. It is fitted with a through-type star chain lighting design at both the front and rear, creating a cohesive look. Nearly 3,000 embossed starbursts of varying sizes on the front fascia deliver an immersive starry sky effect. The front bumper is equipped with an active grille shutter, and a LiDAR is mounted on the roof.
The side of the vehicle features semi-hidden door handles and multi-spoke rims. As for body dimensions, the Jiayue 07 measures 4900mm in length, 1910mm in width, 1745mm (1753mm) in height, with a wheelbase of 2908mm. It adopts a short front overhang + long rear overhang layout, presenting the golden ratio of luxury yachts. The vehicle is offered in six body colors: Dragon Crystal Purple, Emerald Green, Sapphire Blue, Zhenxi Black, Diamond White, and Agate Grey.
For the interior, a large area is covered with soft-touch materials, and 256-color AI intelligent ambient lighting is equipped, enhancing the overall texture of the cabin. The interior adopts a three-layer stepped corridor structure, consisting of the top surface of the upper instrument panel, the through-type area of the middle center console, and the lower area near the legs, which are staggered in height.
The in-car center control screen and rear foldable screen form a set of dual 15.6-inch 2.5K displays, and the rear foldable screen supports a 110-degree wide viewing angle adjustment. The dual screens support zoned entertainment, one-click content transfer between front and rear rows, and wireless mobile screen projection. The AI voice assistant answers queries instantly, turning "watching TV" into "family interaction", and the displays have obtained TÜV Rheinland anti-blue light certification. The entire lineup comes standard with an 18+2 speaker system.
Meanwhile, a heating and cooling refrigerator and dual front zero-gravity seats are also provided. The front seats also feature suction ventilation, heating and 16-point massage functions. The rear seats support 143-degree electric adjustment, and are also equipped with heating and suction ventilation functions. The refrigerator also has an ice-making function. The trunk volume of the Jiayue 07 reaches 834L, which can hold 10 20-inch suitcases; the 81L dedicated storage space under the trunk floor can easily accommodate a 20-inch suitcase.
In terms of assisted driving, the new model is equipped with the Momenta R7 world model, which can not only identify objects on the road, but also predict the movement logic of pedestrians, non-motor vehicles and other vehicles, so as to handle complex intersections and unexpected road conditions with ease.
In terms of power, the new model will be equipped with a 1.5L range extender powertrain, with the range extender having a maximum power of 72kW and the drive motor delivering a peak power of up to 162kW. The vehicle is available with two battery specifications: 32.6kWh and 44.2kWh, providing a CLTC pure electric range of 220km and 320km, and a WLTC fuel consumption of 4.97L/100km and 5.29L/100km respectively.
