Recently, we learned from official sources that Changan Qiyuan's global sales in July reached 39,841 units, among which the Qiyuan AQ series registered a year-on-year growth of 103%. Changan Qiyuan Q06 has launched the "Tianshu Pilot Smart Drive China" experience program. Positioned as a mid-size SUV, the model will be equipped with LiDAR, come with the Tianshu Pilot intelligent driving assistance system as standard across the entire lineup, be built on the SDA Tianshu architecture platform, and be matched with Changan Taihang distributed electric drive system. It is scheduled to be officially launched in September.



In terms of exterior design, Changan Qiyuan Q06 adopts the Fuguang Aesthetic design concept. The closed front grille paired with the star-ring shaped through-type light cluster endows it with a strong sense of fashion. The roof is fitted with LiDAR, and the entire lineup comes with the Tianshu Pilot intelligent driving assistance system. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4837mm in length, 1970mm in width and 1670mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2940mm.



In terms of interior, the vehicle adopts a wraparound cockpit design with a two-tone color scheme of dark upper and light lower parts. In terms of details, it is equipped with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, paired with a narrow-strip LCD instrument panel and a floating central control screen, delivering a remarkable sense of technology. In terms of configuration, it comes with features including wireless mobile phone charging, a rear fold-down entertainment screen, and adjustable rear seat angles.



The new vehicle is built on the SDA Tianshu architecture platform. Its chassis adopts an all-aluminum front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension, matched with Changan Taihang distributed electric drive system to improve driving and riding quality. In terms of power, the vehicle is equipped with a pure electric power system. The dual-motor version has a maximum power of 165kW for each motor, while the single-motor models have a maximum power of 225kW and 245kW respectively, and are fitted with lithium iron phosphate battery packs.
