[Auto Home Official New Car Images] On July 19, Zeekr officially released the official images of the 5-seater version of Zeekr 9X in Explorer Brown color scheme. According to previous announcements, the new model will make its official launch at 10:00 a.m. on July 28. Pre-sales of the new vehicle have been kicked off at present, users can pay a RMB 5,000 intention deposit to unlock exclusive time-limited benefits worth up to RMB 90,000, covering four major perks: the RMB 5,000 intention deposit can offset RMB 10,000 of the final vehicle purchase payment, free Naim hall-level flagship audio system, free flying-wing sliding screen, and free electric side steps. The new vehicles will arrive at offline stores successively in late July for market delivery.
Looking at the official images, as a newly added variant, it generally retains the design language of Zeekr 9X. The front fascia is equipped with an ultra-large integrated chrome grille measuring over 120cm in width and over 70cm in height, paired with a 2.15-square-meter oversized clamshell hood, delivering full visual tension. The two sides of the grille are fitted with Vast Star Diamond matrix split headlights, which support intelligent interactive projection function. In terms of dimensions, its length, width and height stand at 5239/2029/1819mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 3169mm.
In terms of intelligent driving, the new vehicle is equipped with the Qianli Vast intelligent assisted driving solution, with 43 high-precision sensing hardware fitted across the whole vehicle, including 1 520-line long-range LiDAR and 4 high-precision solid-state LiDARs. The new model offers two sets of intelligent driving solutions, H7 and H9, for users to choose from: the H7 version is equipped with NVIDIA Thor-U chip with 700TOPS computing power, delivering smooth and seamless assisted driving experience, and its control logic is close to human driving habits; the high-end H9 version boasts a computing power exceeding 1400TOPS, and is equipped with industry-level mass-produced L3 intelligent assisted driving system.
In terms of interior, according to previous information, the vehicle will continue to be fitted with 16-inch 3.5K OLED dual screens (central control screen + front passenger screen), which is compatible with the brand-new Zeekr AI OS 7 intelligent cockpit system. Meanwhile, it is also equipped with Naim audio system containing 32 top-tier speakers, building a 9.2.4.8 professional sound field layout covering 9 surround channels, 4 sky channels and 8 headrest speakers, with a peak power as high as 3868W. In addition, all core areas are fully covered with Soft NAPPA full-grain top-layer leather, the interior is adorned with 14 pieces of Nordic natural solid wood trims, paired with a suede headliner manually stretched by 8 craftsmen over 390 minutes. It is also equipped with 16.8 million color flowing ambient lights, supporting 256-color deep spectrum fine tuning.
It is worth mentioning that the 5-seater version of Zeekr 9X focuses on comfortable household experience, with excellent rear space performance. The width of the seat cushion exceeds 53cm, it adopts a 12-layer composite seat structure paired with 10mm high-resilience sponge, perfectly balancing support and softness, while supporting multiple massage techniques such as tapping and kneading. Besides, the vehicle is equipped with a 9-liter intelligent cold and warm refrigerator, with a temperature control range covering -6℃ to 50℃.
In terms of power, the new vehicle is equipped with the SEA super hybrid system built on the 900V high-voltage hybrid architecture, fitted with a 2.0T engine dedicated for super hybrid with a maximum power of 205kW; matched with a three-motor combination, the comprehensive system power can reach 1030kW, and the 0-100km/h acceleration takes only 3.1 seconds at the fastest. It also supports 6C ultra-fast charging, and it only takes 9 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% capacity. The chassis is equipped with the SEA AI digital chassis, integrating closed dual-chamber air suspension, dual-valve CCD electromagnetic shock absorption and 48V active stabilizer bar, which can effectively suppress body roll, and delivers delicate and high-end shock filtering effect. The new model provides 10 all-terrain driving modes, paired with an intelligent crosswind prevention control system, and its turning radius is on par with that of Zeekr 001.
