The vehicle has a body length of 5285mm, supports 11 space layouts and provides a maximum storage capacity of 1831L. It is powered by a range-extender system, with a CLTC pure electric range of 464km and a comprehensive CLTC range of 1705km. The Xiaomi Pengcheng N90 Max Explorer Edition is equipped with a factory native electric lifting roof cabin to meet the needs of scenarios such as camping.
Customers who place orders before 24:00 on October 7 can enjoy launch benefits worth up to RMB 81,000, including swivel front seats, Nappa leather, Xiaomi HAD, dual zero-gravity second-row seats, rim coupons and paint coupons. The down payment starts from RMB 49,900, with a limited-time 5-year low-interest plan (annualized rate of 1.99%) or a limited-time easy repayment plan. Looking back at the new vehicle, the Xiaomi Pengcheng N90 Max adopts a brand-new exterior design style. Its dragonfly headlights adopt a cross shape + dragonfly wing-style daytime running lights to enhance recognition. The headlights support a high beam irradiation distance of 624 meters, and the low beam achieves 180° ultra-wide angle coverage. The front bumper adopts a large-sized trapezoidal air intake and heat dissipation structure with active opening and closing function, and triangular vents are set on both sides. It is worth mentioning that the air intake duct of the vehicle is integrated on the inner side of the hood, which helps to improve its wading capability, with a maximum wading depth of 750mm, and it supports emergency floating escape function.
In terms of body colors, the new vehicle offers 7 options: Pearl White, Volcanic Ash, Obsidian Black, Distant Mountain Green, Burgundy, Cool Khaki and Butterfly Valley Blue. For Butterfly Valley Blue and Distant Mountain Green colors, personalized trim panels in body-matching color / silver brushed aluminum are available. Coming to the side of the body, the new vehicle adopts a short front overhang and long rear overhang structure, equipped with frameless rearview mirrors and semi-hidden door handle design. The maximum opening angle of the rear doors is close to 90°, and it is equipped with electric doors that support 6 opening and closing control methods such as voiceprint and physical buttons. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a brand-new style of three-dimensional star ring taillight. The micro-arc curve of the roof ensures the third-row headroom while taking into account the storage capacity of the trunk. The conventional trunk volume of the vehicle is 577L, which can be expanded to a maximum of 1831L.
The Xiaomi Pengcheng N90 Max Explorer Edition adds exclusive emblems to the exterior to enhance recognition. It only offers 4 body color options: Volcanic Ash, Distant Mountain Green, Cool Khaki and Butterfly Valley Blue. Its body dimensions are 5285/1998/1925mm (length/width/height), with a wheelbase of 3080mm, and the roof is raised by 100mm. It is equipped with a factory native electric lifting roof cabin, which completes electric opening and closing in 26 seconds, with a height of 2872mm when the roof is lifted.
The top cabin adopts a two-stage bed board design, with a maximum headroom of 2294mm and a maximum load-bearing capacity of 200kg, and is built with a tri-fold mattress and air conditioning vents. At the same time, the interior seats are changed to a 5-seat layout, the rear seats are chaise longues that support 7 levels of adjustment within a 75° range, and the electric headrest can automatically flip to realize the large bed mode (30 seconds to form a bed or restore to original state). Meanwhile, the rear entertainment system is changed to a 30-inch projection screen. The vehicle also adopts factory wood-grain aluminum alloy flooring, is equipped with a comfortable underfloor heating system, as well as a floating bedside table, embedded closet and 11.5-inch soft light mirror. Turning back to the Xiaomi Pengcheng N90 Max, its interior offers 3 themes: Sand Pottery Beige, Dark Night Black, and Mocha Brown. The front row is equipped with an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster, 20-inch head-up display, and 16.1-inch central control screen, running on the HyperOS system and Qualcomm 8650 cockpit chip, with a built-in Super Xiao Ai voice system that supports in-car dynamic sound zone voice interaction and out-of-car voice interaction functions. The center console adopts a vertical cabinet structure, equipped with hidden storage drawers, and the surface is made of walnut wood. The armrest box is upgraded to a slideable independent central island, equipped with 4 cup holders, 2 mobile phone placement positions, 9L drawer-type compressor refrigerator, 6.6L storage compartment and multiple sets of ecological expansion interfaces, which can be adapted to peripherals such as fragrance diffusers and Bluetooth speakers.
The interior seats adopt a 2+2+3 layout. The front row can be equipped with swivel seats or zero-gravity seats, among which the swivel seats can realize 180° rotation, providing 11 space layout options, while the zero-gravity seats are equipped with 16-point massage + heating + ventilation functions. The second row adopts zero-gravity seats with ultra-long slide rails, supporting massage, ventilation and heating functions, and the third row seats are also equipped with heating function. In terms of safety, the seat slide rails of the new vehicle are made of 7-series reinforced aluminum alloy, with a maximum locking strength of 54000N and a maximum peeling strength of 57000N. The body is equipped with a 2200MPa embedded roll cage, 16 body parts are made of 2200MPa ultra-high strength steel, equipped with 12 airbags and 39 anti-pinch structures. The intelligent driving hardware includes a pebble-shaped lidar on the roof, a rear-facing solid-state lidar, 4D millimeter-wave radar, 11 HD cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars, powered by a 700TOPS NVIDIA Thor chip and Xiaomi HAD XLA cognitive large model, supporting high-speed navigation assisted driving, urban navigation assisted driving, and valet parking assist functions.
In terms of power, the Xiaomi Pengcheng N90 is equipped with a 1.5T range extender + dual-motor range-extended power system. The maximum power of the 1.5T range extender is 112kW, and the maximum power of the front and rear dual motors is 210kW and 100kW respectively. It is equipped with a 76kWh battery pack, with a CLTC pure electric range of 464km, and a 15-minute fast charge can replenish 285km of range. The maximum comprehensive CLTC range is 1705km, and the WLTC fuel consumption in charge-sustaining mode is 6.26L/100km.
The chassis adopts front double wishbone and rear H-arm multi-link independent suspension, equipped with 5-level adjustable air suspension and continuous damping control (CDC) shock absorber, and the minimum turning radius of the vehicle is 5.95 meters. It supports three driving modes: Economic, Comfort and Sport, and 5 scenario modes: Slippery, Wading, Hill Descent Control, Off-road Assist, and Escape Start.
Competitors:
Different from the Xiaomi Pengcheng N70, the Xiaomi Pengcheng N90 only has one variant with a price of less than RMB 300,000, which makes it difficult to find direct competitors in the same segment. Basically, only BYD Datang, XPeng GX and ONVO L90 are close to it in terms of product strength and price.

Among them, the product attributes of BYD Datang and XPeng GX are more suitable for both commercial and family use, and their configurations are also more comprehensive. Datang is supported by technologies such as DiSus-A, Tianshen Zhiyan 5.0, flash charging technology and rear wheel steering; XPeng GX has 3000TOPS computing power and a steer-by-wire chassis; ONVO L90 focuses on family use. Although its interior space flexibility is not as rich as that of the Xiaomi Pengcheng N90, it has the advantages of a 240L frunk, Shenji NX9031 chip and a battery rental price starting from RMB 179,800.
