Positioned as a pure electric mid-to-large size vehicle, the car is regarded as the successor to the Hongqi EH7. It has undergone extensive adjustments in exterior and interior design, offers two drive forms: two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, is equipped with a LiDAR, and is expected to be fitted with a high-level advanced driver assistance system.

In terms of exterior design, according to official information, the new vehicle takes Oriental aesthetics as the core and minimalist blank-leaving as the design concept, to enhance its overall recognizability. Specifically, it adopts a closed front grille, paired with uniquely shaped headlight clusters and the central Hongqi brand logo, creating a pleasant visual experience.
From the side of the body, the vehicle adopts smooth roof lines, matched with hidden door handles and dual five-spoke rim design, delivering a strong sense of sportiness. In terms of the rear, the vehicle is equipped with a through-type taillight cluster, paired with a slightly upturned ducktail spoiler, which not only enriches the visual layering, but also enhances the sporty feel of the vehicle. In terms of dimensions, the length, width and height of the new vehicle are 5000/1915/1490mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 3000mm.
In terms of interior, the vehicle adopts a wraparound cockpit design, and is equipped with a full LCD instrument cluster, a floating central control screen and hidden air conditioning vents, matched with a dual-tone color scheme of dark upper and light lower parts, presenting a good sense of refinement overall. Meanwhile, the central control island is equipped with dual mobile phone slots (with a wireless charging area on one side), dual cup holders and mechanical multimedia knobs, etc., to improve the convenience of vehicle use.
For the rear row, the vehicle is equipped with air conditioning vents, suspected magnetic suction interfaces, and the second-row seats support 4/6 split folding, further improving the storage space performance of the vehicle. In terms of driver assistance, the vehicle will be equipped with Hongqi Sinan intelligent driving solution, which can realize high-level combined driving assistance functions such as full-dimensional active safety, highway navigation-assisted driving, urban navigation-assisted driving, full-scene intelligent parking assistance, cross-floor memory parking, ETC non-sense passage, end-to-end three-point U-turn, passage in waiting areas, and parking space to parking space assistance.
In terms of power, according to the previous declaration information, the new vehicle will offer single-motor and dual-motor versions. The maximum power of the single motor is 340kW, and the maximum power of the dual-motor version is 190kW/340kW.
