[Auto Home New Car Launch] On September 3, we learned from official sources that the new Genesis G80 has been officially launched, with a total of two variants available, priced from RMB 318,000 and RMB 438,000 respectively, and the exclusive preferential prices start from RMB 289,860 and RMB 399,240 respectively. Meanwhile, the official also rolls out limited-time financial benefits: from now until September 30, 2026, customers can enjoy a down payment as low as 10%, and the annual interest rate for 36-month installments is as low as 0.88%. For customers who purchase the vehicle from now on, they can not only enjoy full purchase tax exemption, but also get up to RMB 51,000 worth of car purchase benefits (including up to RMB 45,000 limited-time on-board gift, up to RMB 6,000 trade-in subsidy), as well as 5 years of free maintenance.

In terms of appearance, the new model offers four color options: Uyuni White, Selby Silver, Tasman Blue and Wilke Black. The front face adopts the iconic two-line Crest Grille with strong visual tension; the exclusive Genesis logo is carved with guilloché patterns inspired by luxury watch and jewelry craftsmanship; the Two-Line LED headlamps are equipped with Micro Lens Array (MLA) technology, delivering more accurate light distribution and a more layered lighting effect. The new Genesis G80 has simplified and optimized the rear logo system, matched with a hidden exhaust layout, which further enhances the smoothness of the rear styling and the overall luxurious texture.

When entering the cabin, the central control area of the new Genesis G80 adopts a coherent integrated layout, matched with a 27-inch OLED integrated smart cockpit, a multi-touch wide-format large screen and an electronic rotary shift design. In terms of material selection and atmosphere creation, the vehicle provides a variety of interior style options such as aluminum trim, solid wood trim, carbon fiber trim, which can be matched with premium NAPPA leather seats adopting a new quilting process. The driver's seat supports 18-way electric adjustment, and is integrated with ventilation and massage functions; the flagship variant is also equipped with rear electric seats, three-zone independent automatic air conditioning, rear windshield electric sunshade and other configurations.

The new car has also optimized and upgraded its configuration and optional package system, bringing richer personalized combinations. In terms of power, the entire lineup of the new Genesis G80 is equipped with a 2.5T turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine, with a maximum output power of 304 horsepower and a peak torque of 422 N·m, matched with an 8-speed automatic transmission, and rear-wheel drive and full-time four-wheel drive versions are available. Meanwhile, the entire lineup comes standard with a preview electronically controlled suspension, which can perceive road conditions in real time through the front camera and intelligently adjust the damping.
