The currently on-sale Passat Pro has been launched for nearly a year. The newly launched Passat Pro is a facelift model, positioned as a pure fuel-powered mid-size car, equipped with 1.5T and 2.0T engines, and adopts the brand-new Xingyun intelligent assisted driving system.
New Car Introduction:
In terms of appearance, the new Passat Pro follows the design of the current model, and the iconic IQ.Light matrix LED headlights still boast a stylish look. The lower air intake grille of the new car still adopts a large blackened design, emphasizing the youthful and sporty sense of the design.
The new model offers four exterior colors for users to choose from, namely Bit Gray, Ultra-sense Black, Laser White and Instant White. The wheels also adopt a brand-new two-tone style with rich layering, and the traditional mechanical door handle design is retained.
The rear of the new car adopts a full-width taillight design, and the Volkswagen logo can be illuminated, echoing the front logo, with very high recognition at night. The lower bumper of the new car is still equipped with honeycomb decoration and hidden exhaust layout, which has little change compared with the current model.
The interior styling of the new car follows the design of the current model. High-end variants are equipped with a 15-inch central control screen and an 11.6-inch front passenger entertainment screen. Front seat heating and ventilation, 360-degree panoramic imaging, transparent chassis, 10 airbags, power tailgate, rear sunshade and Harman Kardon audio system are all available on the new model.
In terms of powertrain, the new car is equipped with 1.5T and 2.0T engines, both matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 160 horsepower and a peak torque of 250 N·m, while the 2.0T engine has a maximum power of 220 horsepower and a peak torque of 350 N·m.
